Refunds & Returns

ID Athletic aims to provide great quality trophies and awards that our customers will love. We understand how important each award is and take pride in producing an award that you will be delighted and proud to receive or present. However, sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We will always do our best to find an acceptable solution.

Please note that you are not entitled to a return or refund if you have changed your mind, ordered the incorrect product or supplied the incorrect engraving information.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our business, cancellations of orders will not be accepted once stock has been ordered or production has commenced. If you think that you may have ordered incorrectly, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on (08) 6336 8200or hello@pixeltrophy.com so that we can try and resolve the problem with you.

Delivery Policy

At ID Athletic we deliver Australia wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to it’s destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss alternative freight charges/options.

We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for it’s journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on (08) 6336 8200or hello@pixeltrophy.com.
